Emergency or immediate maintenance requests should be phoned in to the Management Office at (305) 444-1941. For all other requests, you may submit these by access to the Work Order System.

Upon the commencement of any maintenance work by our staff, our Management Office personnel will fill out a Work Order Form. Both the engineer and the tenant will sign the work order when the job is completed.

LIGHT BULB CHANGE

• Every morning, a building engineer checks all the common areas for lights needing replacement. Once they are located the engineer replaces them. If you notice a light that was missed or recently burned out, please call (305) 444-1941 and we will immediately respond.

TOO HOT? TOO COLD? STUFFY?

• BSC Realty Services is dedicated to providing you with the highest environmental air quality conditions available. If your area is too hot, too cold, or even too stuffy, our engineers can provide you with immediate professional and personalized service. Just call the Management Office and a building engineer will be there as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments.
