Coastal Building Maintenance provides cleaning and janitorial services at Douglas Entrance.

We presently have four Day Porters on staff to respond to tenants' needs. Should you have any complaints or are in need of additional service please call the Management Office.

If you have unusual or large items needing to be discarded by the evening janitorial staff, be sure to label the items to read, "TRASH / BASURA." If items are excessive and require additional assistance to remove a charge may be assessed.
