HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES

• Heat, cooling, and ventilation is adjusted to provide comfortable occupancy conditions stated in the lease agreements are provided Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or as otherwise stated. Service is not provided on Sundays and Holidays.
• Requests, information, and questions regarding temperature levels should be directed to the Management Office.
• The building's policy is to comply with all governmental regulations that may be imposed regarding energy and/or temperature restrictions. Your cooperation is appreciated.

AFTER-HOURS HEATING AND COOLING

• After-hours heating and air conditioning can be furnished at an additional charge, if requested in writing in advance by the tenant. Please see the Air Conditioning Request Form.
