Standard operating hours for the property are listed below:

Douglas Entrance is open to the public during normal business hours. The schedule is as follows:
Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Saturday 8:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M., Sundays & Holidays Closed

Tenants of Douglas Entrance may enter any time after normal business hours with a valid building access card key. Access Cards will be issued in the management office. Please refer to Exhibit "A" (key request form). You must use this form when ordering keys. Please remember to keep track of all access cards, and to inform the management office of any changes.

If you do not have an access card and attempt to gain entry into the property after hours, the following procedure will apply:

• You must sign in with security
• You must be on the company access list
• You must provide proper identification

The Holidays observed each year are listed beloow to aid your planning operations during the year:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Certain services are not provided on weekends and the holidays listed above. Cleaning is not provided and overtime air conditioner is provided upon tenant’s request at a charge.
